consistently has been at the forefront of the project financing documentation involving number of banks in a consortium to finance trade and industry in the areas of Power, Real Estate, Retail, Cement Industry, Steel Industry and Working Capital finance involving Project cost up to Rs. 5500 Crores as Lenders Legal Counsel. asa has been instrumental in drafting of complex documents, synchronising the transactoion, drafting/vetting of transaction documents and negotiating the same with the Lenders and Borrower for its acceptance. asa has been the leader in Project Financing Documentation with drafting of documents for different facilities in almost all  core sectors of economy involving large number of banks in consortiums.
